Navigating the Bexar County Courthouse
All criminal hearings are held at the Cadena Reeves Justice Center (red), located at 100 Dolorosa Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205.
Parking Options
Finding parking downtown requires planning. Here are the most reliable options:
Street Parking: Limited street parking is available immediately surrounding the justice center. This is typically the most economical option.
Public Garages (orange): For more reliable availability, there are two public garages located on South Flores Street—one at the intersection of Commerce and one at Nueva.
King William Neighborhood (blue): Limited free parking can often be found in the nearby King William neighborhood. Please note this is approximately a 10-minute walk to the courthouse.
Note: Parking Enforcement heavily patrols the downtown area. Please carefully observe all posted signs to avoid citations or towing.
Courthouse Security & Entry
Every individual entering the justice center must pass through a security screening. To ensure a smooth entry, please be aware of the following:
Prohibited Items: You will not be allowed to bring vapes, knives, scissors, tools, or any other items that could be considered dangerous into the building.
Arrival Time: Plan to arrive early to account for potential lines at the security checkpoint.
